Integrations and operational notes

  • Home Assistant is monitored by the NOC Dashboard.
  • Home Assistant update entities currently show available updates for Core, OS, Terminal/SSH, AdGuard Home, Uptime Kuma, and selected custom integrations.
  • A large unavailable/unknown entity count usually means a dead integration, offline device hub, or stale entity registry entries. That needs human review in the HA UI before mass deletion.
  • Voice/Assist work should be tested against an entity before calling a pipeline migration complete.

Gaps needing input

The public home-assistant-config repository gives high-level structure, but not a verified current list of automations, dashboards, add-ons, and secrets-backed integrations. To document exact HA config without lying, export or grant read access to the current config directory/add-on list.
